Blyde River Canyon is one of the largest canyons on Earth, and it may be the largest 'green canyon' due to its lush subtropical foliage. Unfortunately during 2016 the region was experiencing a major draught and resulted in a very dry, hazy and yellow environment. Though, still very beautiful in its magnitude, but a little less green.
